Well, yes, I do picture Chairy, but not when I hear "Cherry Baby". When I first saw the post, I thought, "Wow! Someone else thinks this way, too!" But alas, twas not to be.
I think of "Chairy" when I hear "I Am, I Said" for the very reason that humorists have been ridiculing the song for decades:
....and no one heard a word I said, not even the chair....
Always new ways to think of things, and thank goodness for people like me with way too much time on their hands (hey, Styx!) to bring said new ways to the forefront of people's consciousness.
is there anyone else who always pictures Chairry when they hear that Neil Diamond song, or is it just me?
